This is a scene from the Russian film Kashchei The Immortal. It was filmed in 1944, and this scene depicts the hero talking to an Amanita Muscaria spirit who shows him what has been done to his village by throwing a stone into a pond. This spirit gives the hero the skin off his head which later in the film is shown to be able to make the hero disappear when worn on his head.
