At present there is no determined lethal dosage for humans when it comes to magic mushrooms, although studies of similar nature have been made using rodents. In 1978, Jonathan Ott reported that the lethal dosage in mice for psilocybin had been determined to be 280 mg/kg.
In the year 2006, survey results published in the journal Neurology indicated that both magic mushrooms and LSD may decrease the severity and frequency of suicide headaches.
